The Accused who was Brought to Appear in Session Court Islamabad was killed

The accused was brought to appear in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad and was shot dead.

The incident took place in the district court, where an accused was being taken to Bakshi Khan after appearing in the court when a person opened fire.

The accused was killed due to firing while the accused who fired was arrested by the police on the spot along with the weapons, a nine mm pistol was recovered from the person who was killed.

According to sources, the deceased’s name is Zawar and his age is 30 to 35 years, the deceased Zawar was a resident of Charsadda and 2 cases were registered against him at Koral police station, the deceased accused Zawar was arrested for theft and torture.

According to the spokesperson of Islamabad Police, the suspect who opened fire has been identified as Salman and he was related to the victim.

Taking notice of the incident, IG Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan ordered the CPO Security to inquire into the matter and submit a report.
