Why was Imran Khan’s warrant cancellation request dismissed? The court issued a detailed decision
Islamabad District and Sessions Court Islamabad issued a decision to dismiss Imran Khan’s application for cancellation of a non-bailable warrant in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case.
According to the private TV channel, it has been said in the verdict that according to Imran Khan’s lawyer, Imran Khan was supposed to appear in the session court on February 28. But according to the lawyer, Imran Khan’s life is in danger, there has been a murderous attack, also Imran Khan could not appear in the sessions court due to his appearance in the High Court.

It has been said in the court verdict that the trial started on December 15, and Imran Khan was summoned on January 18. Imran Khan did not appear before the court on the first summon and has not been able to appear till now. Although Imran Khan’s application for immunity was approved.
The court said that Imran Khan was in a position to appear in the Sessions Court because he had appeared in other courts as well. But, Imran Khan deliberately did not appear in the Sessions Court. It is said in the judgment that the arrest warrant of Imran Khan remains intact, and the cancellation request is dismissed.
