According to the sources, under the chairmanship of Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani, a senate meeting took place in which Senate opposition leader Senator Shahzad Wasim expressed his opinion.
He said that the mini budget should be withdrawn immediately. Be it the state or politics, it revolves around laymen, and in the end, people are punished. The government has already forgiven their cases of 1100 billion rupees and still, that’s not enough for them.

Shahzad Waseem said that no one in the world is ready to give government money, the IMF agreement has not been signed yet and they have already burdened people with taxes of 170 billion. Ironically, they are telling the people to make more sacrifices.
He said that FBR has requested 155 luxury vehicles for themselves, also the price of petrol has skyrocketed by Rs 122. The government is strangling people through inflation and taxes. Inflation has increased up to 35% which is beyond disappointment.
