ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has asked for details of the loss caused to oil companies due to the devaluation of the rupee.
According to sources, OGRA has asked oil companies for 6 months of details and oil marketing companies have been asked to submit damage details within 2 weeks.
According to the sources, OGRA has said that the import price of the companies should be competitive with the price of oil at the global level and the companies should ensure the imports in accordance with the government policy to avoid losses.
