The Anti-Terrorism Court of Lahore has ordered the handover of 16 accused including the MPA allegedly involved in the attack on the Corps Commander’s House to the army for trial in a military court. The commanding officer had sought the custody of 16 miscreants for action under the Military Act.

Anti-Terrorism Administrator Judge Abhar Gul Khan issued his written order on Thursday in the case related to the attack and arson on Lahore’s Corps Commander House (Jinah House).

There has been a major development in the Jinnah House arson and vandalism case. 16 suspects, including former MPA Akram Usman, were ordered to be handed over to the army, the anti-terrorism court accepted the request of the commanding officer.

In the decision of the anti-terrorism court, it has been said that the commanding officer of the army, Irfan Athar, has requested that 16 accused, including the MPA, arrested in 2 cases, including the Jinnah House attack, should be handed over to the army. are imprisoned.

The commanding officer further says that the mentioned persons are accused by the army under several provisions of Official Secrets Act 1923 and Pakistan Army Act 1952.

According to the report, the Punjab government prosecutor did not oppose this request, but the prosecution department has also requested the court to issue an appropriate order.

On the other hand, after the arrest of Imran Khan, the roles of the attack on GHQ, ISI office and PF base were also identified.

According to the police, 15 PTI leaders in three cities were in contact with miscreants during the siege. All the leaders were identified in the geo-fencing report.

According to the report, during the attack on GHQ Rawalpindi, the contacts of 6 PTI leaders with 88 miscreants, 8 calls of Ajmal Saberraja and 8 calls of Ajmal Saberraja were traced.
