ISLAMABAD: The Power Division has announced relief on the request of government discos to increase the price of electricity.
A request was made by the Central Power Purchasing Agency to increase the price of electricity by one rupee 17 paise in the context of fuel adjustment.

According to the Power Division, the actual fuel adjustment for March results in a relief of 41 paise per unit.
The Power Division says that the CPPA has asked Nepra to increase the price of electricity by Rs 1.17.
According to the Power Division, the hearing on the final March fuel adjustment by Nepra will be held on May 3.
