Increase in Price of Meat before Eid

Lahore: Prices of beef, mutton, and chicken increased before Eid.

According to market sources, chicken meat increased by Rs 16 per kg from Rs 516 to Rs 532 per kg.

According to market sources, the price of mutton has increased from 1900 to 2200 rupees, while the price of beef has increased to 1200 rupees per kg.

According to market sources, the official rate list of mutton and beef is not available in any shop and the shopkeepers are charging arbitrary prices.
