PTI Chairman Imran Khan has decided that he will not participate in the elections of the NA33 National Assembly. He has said that he will focus only on the elections of two assemblies and all the resigned members will participate in the rest.
Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had released the election scheduled for 33 vacant seats of the National Assembly, on which polling will be held on March 16.

The Election Commission has announced that the submission of nomination papers will open on February 6 and close on February 8. The scrutiny of the nomination papers will be completed by February 13, and the final list of candidates will be released on February 21. All candidates should ensure that their nomination papers are complete, accurate, and submitted on or before the deadline.
The Electoral Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced that election marks will be issued to all eligible candidates for the upcoming elections on February 23.
According to the Election Commission, voting will take place on nine constituencies of Karachi on March 16th, while five National Assembly constituencies in Rawalpindi will conduct by-elections on the same day.
By-elections will be held in three constituencies of Islamabad, two constituencies of Lahore and Multan, and eight constituencies of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
