In Rawalpindi’s Dhok Khaba area, a young man was killed in Arham and a girl in Mohanpura, while a young man, Waqas, lost his life due to strangulation. According to the police, 17 people were injured due to the string being pulled, and 9 were injured due to air firing. At the same time, around 40 people were injured in falling from the roof. The police also registered more than 100 cases.
On the other hand, Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has demanded a report from Commissioner Rawalpindi while expressing his anger over the flying and firing incidents. On this occasion, 2 DSPs and 3 SHOs were suspended for showing poor performance.
