In a series of separate raids across the country, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has successfully seized more than 700 kilograms of drugs, as reported on Friday.
A major operation near Attock Interchange resulted in the arrest of three suspects and the confiscation of over two kilograms of heroin, according to the ANF spokesperson.
In Peshawar, near Charsadda Road, a vehicle was intercepted, leading to the discovery of 24 kilograms of heroin and 18 kilograms of charas.
Similarly, in Quetta, near Sabzi Road, the ANF team seized a staggering 700 kilograms of charas from a vehicle and apprehended one suspect at the scene.

All the arrested individuals have had cases registered against them under the Anti-Narcotics Act.
In a previous incident, the ANF recovered 90 kilograms of hashish concealed in a house near Jiwani Gwadar. FIRs have been registered against the accused under the anti-drug act.
Additionally, the ANF foiled a smuggling attempt and seized 13 kilograms of hashish from the smugglers.
The ANF also confiscated 42,000 intoxicated tablets concealed in a plastic bag near the Torkham border.
These successful operations by the ANF demonstrate their continued efforts to combat drug trafficking and ensure the safety and well-being of the public.
