The local court of Karachi approved the three-day physical remand of Sindh Tehreek-e-Insaf President Ali Zaidi in the fraud case.
Ali Zaidi was produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate Malir.
During the hearing, lawyer Ali Zaidi said that no documents related to the plaintiff’s property have been submitted, the plaintiff has not filed any application since 2013, does the police have the authority to register a case in such cases. Kray, the plaintiff case Fazal Elahi has given such a huge amount, there is no witness, Ali Zaidi should be discharged under Section 63 of the Criminal Code.

While giving a statement in court, Ali Zaidi said I have never met this man, I don’t know this man, I don’t have that much money, check my record from FBR, the day I told the incident. By the way, I was not in the country on that day, this is totally bogus FIR, according to the identity card, the age of the plaintiff case is 22 years in 2013. The passport was also produced in court on behalf of Ali Zaidi.
The lawyer of the plaintiff said that Ali Zaidi used to work in real estate, he is leading this case to a case of political revenge, he has committed financial murder, there should be an investigation, I don’t know who else is eating whose money. Yes, Ali Zaidi should be physically remanded.
Ali Zaidi said that if I have taken any money, will there be any record? There should be a case of forgery against the plaintiff case, action should be ordered against the plaintiff case, I should have appeared yesterday which was not done, the police did not appear within 24 hours as per law.
The court granted the three-day physical remand of Ali Zaidi in the fraud case and handed him over to the police and rejected the request to discharge him from the case under Section 63 of the Criminal Code.
