The government schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, have run out of space to admit new children.
In Peshawar and most of the government schools in the province, new children are facing difficulties in getting admission.
According to the sources, there is a capacity of 40 children to sit in a class, but due to a large number of children, more than 70 children have been seated in many classes.
According to the sources, the children are being sent back due to a lack of capacity in various schools, however, more problem is happening in the girls’ schools where the number of children is high and there is also a shortage of teachers.
According to the sources, despite being aware of this situation, the education department wants to fulfill the target of admission of 16 lakh children.
