TikTok has banned all videos based on content that denies climate change.

TikTok has announced a new policy to prevent misleading content about climate change.

According to the company, searching for all content related to climate change will provide authentic details from the United Nations partnership.

TikTok said in a blog post that following the policy, content based on rumors about climate change will be removed from the platform.

“We believe we have an important role to play in the climate debate on our platform,” the blog post said.

Earlier, TikTok updated its community guidelines and implemented new policies regarding artificial intelligence technology and other areas.

Some time ago, a report claimed that the platform of Tik Tok has become a medium for disseminating misleading content regarding climate change.

It is possible that the new policy is being implemented by the social media app keeping this in mind.
