Tosha Khana case: NAB has submitted its response in Islamabad High Court

Islamabad: NAB has submitted its response in the Tosha Khana case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the Islamabad High Court.

NAB requested to dismiss Imran Khan’s application against the inquiry and said that Imran Khan does not deserve any relief, he did not refer to the High Court with ‘clean hands’, he was sent a question paper but the questions were not answered.

NAB has said in its reply that Imran Khan did not appear before the NAB on the notice of summons, he was sent a notice according to the law and asked questions, but the answer sent by Imran Khan cannot be called an answer, he deliberately delayed the matter.

NAB has said that Imran Khan and his wife kept 58 gifts, and he and his wife kept gifts worth more than 14 crores worth 380 million, instead of giving information, they sent an evasive reply, so Imran Khan’s Action will be taken according to law.
