Tosha Khana Case; Decision Reserved on Imran Khan’s Request For Exemption From Attendance

Islamabad: In the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case, the Sessions Court has reserved its decision on Imran Khan’s request for exemption from attendance, which will be heard at 3:15 PM.

When the hearing of the Tosha Khana criminal case against Imran Khan started, Imran Khan’s lawyer Khawaja Haris began the argument. Imran Khan decided not to appear in the session court today, about which the lawyer informed the court.

Khawaja Haris objected to the admissible proceedings, while Imran Khan’s request for exemption from attendance was also filed today.

During the arguments, Khawaja Haris stated that Prime Minister Imran Khan could not accept the court today due to his security conditions. 

The Khawaja Haris has petitioned the courts in Lahore and Islamabad High Court, there was a threat against Imran Khan in which Imran Khan was injured, and the court must ensure that the legal situation is addressed today.
