Chief Justice of Pakistan’s Bench has been Delisted

Islamabad: Supreme Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial’s bench has been delisted while all the cases scheduled for hearing before the bench have also been delisted.

The Registrar Supreme Court issued a notification delisting the cases, but the notification did not specify the reasons for delisting the bench.

Justice Jamal Mandukhel and Justice Athar Minullah were also included in the bench of the Chief Justice of Pakistan. A total of 12 cases were fixed for hearing before the bench today.

The list of cases of bench number two of the Supreme Court was also canceled while the cause list of the bench consisting of Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Shahid Waheed was also canceled.

A new bench consisting of Justice Ejaz Ul Ahsan and Justice Aminuddin Khan was constituted to hear all the cases of Bench Number Two. The Registrar’s Office of the Supreme Court has released the list of new bench number two cases.
