Supreme Court Has Powers To Summon Records From Parliament: Abid Zuberi

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court Bar Association President Abid Zuberi says that the Supreme Court has the power to order records from the Parliament.

Speaking on the GeoNews program Capital Talk, Abid Zuberi said that Parliament does not have powers to seek records from the Supreme Court.

On the other hand, speaking in the program, Khurram Dastgir said that the Supreme Court talks about transparency in the institutions, so transparency requires that the Supreme Court should present its accounts to the Public Accounts Committee.
