In a meeting with journalists and lawyers at his residence in Lahore, Imran Khan, Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), stated that if he were to be disqualified by a court, PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi would lead the party. Addressing the recent mass departure of party leaders following the vandalism on May 9, Khan remained optimistic about the situation, stating that there would be a significant change soon. He further hinted at a forthcoming surprise in the coming days.
