The Russian Air Force has claimed to have shot down 3 Ukrainian fighter jets in the last 24 hours.

The spokesman said that the three Ukrainian planes shot down by the Russian Air Force included two MiG-29 fighter jets that were shot down near the Kherson region.

The spokesman said that a Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force was also shot down in the Kherson region.

The spokesman added that the Russian air defense has also intercepted 8 US-made rockets in recent days.
