Lahore: A Punjab police officer committed suicide by killing his ex-wife.
This incident took place in the Sabzazar area of Lahore, where police constable Owais Yaqub entered the house of his ex-wife and opened fire on Rabia and her sister-in-law. Injured, the accused committed suicide after firing.
According to the police, the injured sister-in-law has been shifted to the hospital in critical condition. Police officers are posted at Owais Police Training Center Chohang. SP President Waqar Kharl visited the spot and started legal proceedings after collecting evidence from the spot.

Meanwhile, CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamiana took notice and sought a report from the SP president. CCPO Lahore ordered SP Sadar to conduct a full investigation into the matter. Police constable Yakub went to his ex-wife’s house and opened fire.
