PTI Challenged The Implementation Of Section 144 In The Lahore High Court.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has challenged the Lahore High Court’s implementation of Section 144.

According to the details, the chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf, Hammad Azhar, filed a petition in the Lahore High Court requesting protection for PTI’s rally. In the petition, it is demanded that security be provided for the rally of PTI. The caretaker government has violated the law by creating an anti-protest rule.

Reports have claimed that Maryam Nawaz is forbidden from participating in public processions by Tehreek-e-Insaf.
