It was decided to make Shadab Khan the captain of the series against Afghanistan.
From a Source, we heard that Shadab will lead the national team against Afghanistan while it has been decided to rest fast bowler Shaheen Afridi in PAK vs AFG series.
According to the sources, along with Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, there has been a proposal to rest Shaheen Afridi after PSL.
Apart from this, Imad Wasim is likely to be included in the squad instead of Mohammad Nawaz.
At the same time, Ehsanullah, Faheem Ashraf, Shaan Masood, and Saeem Ayub joining the squad are also possible.
It should be noted that earlier there were reports that the captaincy of the team will be entrusted to Shaheen Afridi.
