Lawyers Refer to the Supreme Judicial Council For Action Against Justice Mazahar 

Islamabad: Muslim League (N) lawyers’ forum approached the judicial council for action under Article 209 of Mazahar Naqvi.

Lawyers Forum of Muslim League (N) filed a complaint against justice Mazahar Naqvi in the Supreme Judicial Council. On behalf of the lawyers, a complaint was filed against Justice Mazahar Naqvi based on the audio leak.

Lawyers have mentioned and attached the audio leak of Mazahar Naqvi with Ex-CM Pervaiz Elahi. They requested that Mazahar Naqvi has violated the code of conduct and he should be investigated under Article 209.
