The jewelry worth Rs 20 lakhs of a passenger arriving from Dubai at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport, which had been missing for 20 days, was found and handed over to the owner by the airport police within 2 days.
According to SHO Airport Inspector Kaleem Musa, a passenger from Malaysia, Muhammad Aslam, along with his wife, arrived in Karachi on March 10 from flight EK 602 via Dubai.
While taking luggage from the luggage belt, the porter accidentally placed her bag full of jewelry in another passenger’s luggage trolley.
Realizing that the bag was missing after some time, the passenger started searching for the luggage but could not find it.

According to Kaleem Musa, passenger Muhammad Aslam filed a missing baggage report at the airport police station on March 28.
According to the police, after a technical search, the airport police not only found the passenger carrying the bag but recovered all the belongings of Muhammad Aslam and handed them over to the police station.
