Islamabad: Imran Khan and Asad Umar approached the Islamabad High Court against more than 120 cases.
He stated in the petition that more than a hundred cases have been registered against Imran Khan, PTI leaders, and workers, thousands of workers have been arrested and detained, and many workers are still missing.
He requested that a detailed report on the cases should be called for, the arrest and disappearance of activists in Islamabad should be declared a violation of fundamental rights, and the unnecessary misuse of criminal laws against Imran Khan should be declared illegal.

Imran Khan said in the petition that the court should stop the enforced disappearance and arrest of the activists and declare the cases registered under the same charge null and void.
