Former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan has challenged the search warrants for his Zaman Park residence in an anti-terrorism court (ATC). He has requested the court to cancel the warrants. Imran Khan filed a petition in the ATC and named the state, Lahore commissioner, DIG operations Lahore, SSP operations Lahore, and others as respondents.
In his petition, Imran Khan argued that the search warrants were obtained with malicious intent by law enforcement officials. He requested the court to set aside the search warrant for his house in the interest of justice and fair play.
It is worth mentioning that the police obtained the search warrant for Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence from the ATC on May 18.
