FIR filed against Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan

• Jaswant Shah  filed a complaint against Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan 

• The construction company of which Gauri Khan is the brand ambassador is not giving possession of his flat 
• FIR registered under Section 409 for criminal breach of trust.

Mumbai: A complaint has been filed against Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan for falsely endorsing a property. The case has been registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code for criminal breach of trust.

According to an Indian media report, Jaswant Shah (a resident of Mumbai) has alleged that the construction company of which Gauri Khan is the brand ambassador, is not giving possession of the flat despite receiving Rs 86 lakh. The complaint stated that Jaswant Shah bought the flat after being influenced by brand ambassador Gauri Khan.

An FIR has also been registered against Tulsiani Construction Chief MD Anil Kumar and Director Mahesh Tulsiani. The said flat is located in Tulsiani Goldview in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.
