Chairman All Pakistan Motor Dealers Association has said that the removal of regulatory duty does not benefit consumers, because of the dollar, the vehicles are becoming more expensive day by day.
According to Urdu News, Chairman All Pakistan Motor Dealers Association said that the decision of the government is welcome but it will not benefit the consumers. Before the imposition of regulatory duty, the dollar was Rs 205, but now it has crossed Rs 290.
He further said that the industry has suffered billions of rupees due to the increase in vehicle prices. Due to the increase in prices, now even 660 cc vehicles are out of reach of people.
In this regard, the sales manager of Honda Company, Zahid Khan, has said that the company has not reduced the prices of the vehicles after the end of the regulatory duty.
The sales manager of the Honda company declared all the rate lists released on social media as fake. He said that consumers are being misled by issuing a new price list.

Zahid Khan said that the vehicle industry in Pakistan is already in decline, the market is also affected by such rumours. Keeping in view the current situation, there is no possibility of reduction in the prices of vehicles.
