The Karachi court rejected the request to register a case of murder over the death of the late Dr. Aamir Liaquat.
Aamir Liaquat’s ex-wife Daniya Shah had filed a petition in the court of Karachi’s Additional and Sessions Judge Sharqi to register a case of murder over the death of the former member of the National Assembly.
In the petition, Daniya named Mumtaz, Ali Javed, Abbas, Saqib, and three unknown persons as accused and requested to register a case of murder against them.
