In Lahore, the raid of the police and anti-corruption team on the house of the former Chief Minister of Punjab and President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chaudhry Pervez Elahi was dropped scene, Pervez Elahi could not be arrested.
The anti-corruption team and the police were present at Parvez Elahi’s house in Lahore throughout the night, but the former Punjab Chief Minister was not found in the house.
DG Anti-Corruption Sohail Zafar Chatta left Parvez Elahi’s residence while the anti-corruption and police team also left at 5:30 am without arresting the former Punjab Chief Minister.
It should be noted that the police raided Chaudhry Pervez Elahi’s house late at night, an armored vehicle entered the residence by breaking the main door, the policemen jumped over the walls and entered the house and broke the inner entrance door and also broke the windows.
The anti-corruption team conducted this operation late at night at the residence of the former Chief Minister of Punjab in a case registered in Gujranwala, 27 people were detained in the operation.
Earlier, Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Road outside the house of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was also blocked by the police, while on the other hand, stones were pelted at the police from the house of the former Chief Minister of Punjab and water was also thrown at the policemen from the house.
According to the sources, the armored vehicle of the police broke the door of Parvez Elahi’s house and the police entered the house and detained 27 people while the search operation in the house continued for about 8 hours which has ended now.
Sources say that the people detained by the police from the residence of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi are the employees of the former Chief Minister of Punjab.

Parvaiz Elahi was not found in the house during the search, the anti-corruption authorities said
Anti-corruption officials say that during the search, Parvaiz Elahi was not found in the house, the location of the mobile phone of the former Chief Minister of Punjab is here.
Earlier, the anti-corruption authorities said that the detained persons said that Parvaiz Elahi is present here, and the action will continue until the arrest of the former Chief Minister of Punjab.
However, early in the morning, DG Anti-Corruption Sohail Zafar Chatta left Parvez Elahi’s residence while the anti-corruption and police team also went back without arresting the former Chief Minister.
Earlier, police officials said that when the police tried to enter the house, the fire was set under the main gate from inside.
After the police raid, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi’s lawyer said that the police officials want to arrest Pervez Elahi, Parvez Elahi has been granted bail in this case.
On the other hand, the officials of the anti-corruption department said that if the bail has been granted, then the court order should be shown to us.
Parvaizalhi came to say that he was not granted bail in the case, the police
Police officials said that Parvaizalhi had come to say that he was not granted bail in the case, but the police had to take action on resistance.
Pervaiz Elahi’s lawyer, Amir Saeed Ran, while talking to the media, said that Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh granted pre-arrest bail till May 6, the confirmed order of the High Court is always received the next day, we also spoke to the official of his court.
