An alleged telephonic audio call between former Supreme Court Chief Justice Saqib Nisar and former Punjab Governor Khawaja Tariq Rahim has been leaked, in which he is giving important advice to the former governor regarding the self-notice pending, a hearing in the Supreme Court.
In the alleged audio leak, both of them are talking in Punjabi in which Saqib Nisar says that Khawaja Sahib wants to ask you one thing, you must see a judgment of 7 member bench, Khawaja Tariq Rahim asked whose judgment is it? Saqib Nisar replied that he is his own suomoto, 4/2010, it is reported, Seven Member Judgment 2012 Supreme Court, at page no.553.
Tariq Rahim said yes, I will see. Saqib Nisar added that whatever a lawyer is doing for you, just watch it, when you read it, you will understand.

Khawaja Tariq Rahim said that I will read, I have also seen the judgment of the seven-member bench, in which he has said that until the act of the judge is not made, if read carefully, in clause 3 The way is given, see it.
Saqib Nisar said, “Yes sir, I have seen, he is our way out and that was not a case.” This is a very clear case of contempt of court, on this occasion Khawaja Tariq Rahim replied that it is also happening.
