22 students who were celebrating their teacher’s birthday in the Indian capital, New Delhi, fainted.
According to Indian media reports, the children of the school located in the south of Delhi were taken unconscious to a nearby hospital where they are undergoing treatment.

As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the hospital and questioned the conscious students.
According to the police, a preliminary investigation has revealed that during the birthday celebration, pepper spray was mistakenly used instead of fragrance spray, due to which the children were hit in the eyes and lost consciousness.
