The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds and thunder in various parts of Pakistan, including Islamabad, Punjab, Northeast Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir, over the next two days.
The rains have already caused flooding in some areas of Punjab, including Lahore, Kasur, and Multan. Meanwhile, most of the districts in Sindh are expected to remain dry. The department has advised citizens to take necessary precautions and remains alert during rainy weather.
