US Central Command Commander General Michael Corella has reportedly told the US Senate that Pakistan’s nuclear assets are secure and that the US is satisfied with the measures taken to ensure their safety.
Additionally, General Corella spoke about the positive military relations between Pakistan and the US and his good relationship with Pakistan’s Army Chief, General Asim Munir.
However, when asked about the political instability in Pakistan, General Corella acknowledged that the country is currently facing challenges in its economy, budget, and political environment.

It should be remembered that a few days ago, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, speaking in the Senate meeting, said that the national interest has to be protected, there will be no compromise on the nuclear or missile program, and no one has the right to tell Pakistan what to do: range missiles or nuclear weapons.
Earlier in October of last year, US President Joe Biden said in a statement regarding the security of Pakistan’s nuclear assets that he thinks Pakistan is probably one of the most dangerous countries in the world that has nuclear weapons. I need to be more organized. After this, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif replied that Pakistan’s nuclear assets were safe.
