Islamabad (Daily Dharti) there was a heated exchange between the lawyers of PTI and the Election Commission during the criminal proceedings against Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.
During the proceeding Judge asked: When will Imran Khan come to the court? Ali Bukhari said that if Imran Khan’s health permits, then he will come soon.
The lawyer representing Election Commission said that such statements should not be made again and again, it looks like PTI lawyers are becoming MUNSHI. The lawyers of PTI told them to take their words back, the lawyers of the Election Commission are Munshi, compete with us in the political areas, then we will answer.

In the local court of Islamabad, the case of criminal proceedings against Imran Khan was heard in Tosha Khana. In the Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan hired the services of senior lawyer Khawaja Haris. The judge inquired whether the bail bonds were submitted. Imran Khan’s lawyer Gohar Ali Khan said that Imran Khan’s bail bonds were submitted yesterday.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Ali Bukhari objected and said that certified copies were not provided to us. It is not the way to provide copies with the attached WhatsApp screen shorts. The judge directed that certified copies of all evidence must be submitted timely to the court and PTI.
Lawyers of the Election Commission said they will provide certified copies of the evidence today, the court said to tell us when Imran Khan will appear so that the proceedings can proceed. Lawyer Ali Bukhari said on February 15 in the court of Judge Rukhsinda Shaheen, Imran Khan has an appearance, kindly give us a date after February 15.
