Imran Khan’s request to cancel the warrant in the Tosha Khana case was rejected by the Islamabad High Court, with Chief Justice Amir Farooq presiding over the hearing.
The petition was filed by Imran Khan’s lawyer, Khawaja Haris, but it was not successful. During the hearing, Khawaja Haris and Barrister Gohar appeared on behalf of Imran Khan.
The court has rejected Imran Khan’s request to invalidate the warrant in the Tosha Khana case, stating that it was ineffective. However, the court has asked the IG Islamabad and the trial court to provide a report regarding Imran Khan’s missing attendance file in the Tosha Khana case. The court has given a deadline of 10 days for submitting this report.

It is important to note that the session court canceled the warrant when Imran Khan arrived at the judicial complex on March 18. However, the matter was then remanded to the session judge, who ultimately upheld the warrant, prompting Imran Khan to take his case to the Islamabad High Court.
