ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former federal information minister Fawad Chaudhary said that the government is afraid, it does not want any institution to remain independent.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary while speaking on the Hum News program said that it is not possible to form a bench by the will of PML-N because forming a bench is the authority of the Chief Justice and there is pressure on the Chief Justice. It is not appropriate to make a bench by pouring.

He said that attacking the Supreme Court is an old tradition of PML-N and I don’t think the President will approve this bill.

Fawad Chaudhary said that the government is scared and does not want any institution to remain independent, but they will use every tactic to put pressure on the judiciary. 40 terrorism cases were made against Imran Khan.

He said that any legislation should be done in consultation with the party and the judiciary and we reject the current government’s legislation.
