The Inspector General (IG) of Punjab, Usman Anwar, has emphasized that the law will be enforced at all costs and has vowed to inform the court that there are no no-go areas. During an interview with Geo News, the IG stated that the police must enforce the law without hesitation.
It should not be misconstrued as a situation where one force confronts another. He further revealed that police officers were attacked with stones, and there is photographic and video evidence of the incident.

The IG added that the court had ordered a meeting to address the issue, and the matter will be handled according to the law. All objections will be considered, and the court will be informed that no no-go areas exist.
