The court canceled Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant

Islamabad: After the appearance of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case, the court canceled the non-bailable arrest warrant.

According to Daily Dharti News, after the presence of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case, the court has adjourned the hearing of the case till March 30.

Earlier, the court had allowed the presence of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case, after which the court staff came to Imran Khan with the document for attendance. Imran Khan’s lawyers were also present at the court.

On behalf of Imran Khan’s lawyer Babar Awan, filing a request for exemption from attendance, it was asked what should be done in such a situation, Imran Khan should be allowed to attend the court in the car, on which Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal While approving the request of Imran Khan to appear in the car, he said that the signature of the court attendance should be taken from Imran Khan in the car.

When the workers did not go out of the judicial complex, Imran Khan went back after attending the court in the car.
