The successful negotiations between the Flour Mills Association and caretaker Minister for Industries and Commerce Punjab SM Tanveer succeeded in negotiating with them. The Flour Mills Association has therefore declared the end of the strike.
The spokesperson of Floor Mill Association has spoken in his statement that our negotiation with Punjab Government has been completed.

He also said in his statement that our demands have been accepted, and all mills will be grinding wheat from February 14th. In collaboration with the government, we will provide flour to the people at an affordable price and ensure access to them.
It’s important to note that flour mills in Punjab have announced a strike starting Monday in response to the government’s action against selling wheat into the open market.
