Justice Amir Bhatti (Chief Justice of Lahore High Court) discussed the matter of Imran Khan’s arrest with Fawad Chaudhry and said this is a matter of Islamabad court and you should go there.
The legal team of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry and Imran Khan appeared in the court of Chief Justice Lahore High Court during which Fawad Chaudhry told the court that Tehreek-e-Insaf is being mistreated.
On this, Chief Justice Amir Bhatti said how can we listen without a petition? Lawyer Azhar Siddique said that we are preparing a petition.
Fawad Chaudhry requested the court to stop the operation by summoning the CCPO, on which the judge inquired how can the order be issued when there is no petition.

The court asked when the non-bailable warrants were issued. To which lawyer Azhar Siddique said that they were issued the day before yesterday and are scheduled to appear on March 18.
The court said that this is a matter of Islamabad, and you should go there. On this Fawad Chaudhry said that this is a matter of people’s lives, we are filing a petition in half an hour, and you should issue an order that the petition should be fixed immediately.
On the plea of Fawad Chaudhry, the court said why should I issue such an order, noting that the case will be fixed accordingly.
On this, the lawyer said that we tried to get Imran Khan’s signature but it was not possible, the court said that his signature is not required someone else can do them.
