A young girl in Rawalpindi was brutally tortured and left bleeding by her stepfather. The Rawalpindi Police Spokesperson stated that the suspect, Khawar, has been apprehended from the Race Course Police Station Dhok Syedan ​​Bakra Mandi.

The Rawalpindi police have arrested a stepfather, Khawar, for brutally torturing a young girl in Rawalpindi.

The victim girl has been handed over to the Child Protection Bureau after the incident, and a case has been registered against the accused by the Child Protection Bureau Rawalpindi Home Department Punjab. 

The CPO Rawalpindi has also sought a report of the incident from SP Pothohar, and the police are conducting further investigation into the matter.
