Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Shah Mehmood Qureshi has been imprisoned for one month under MPO.
According to the notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Vice Chairman PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi has been arrested and sent to jail under the orders of 30 days detention under clause 1 of 3 MPO.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been shifted to District Jail Attock on the orders of IG Prisons Punjab Mubasher Malik.
Superintendent District Jail Attock issued a letter to the Ministry of Home Affairs, IG Jail Punjab, DIG Jail Rawalpindi Region, DC Lahore, and Attock and DPO Attock.
It has been said in the issued letter that Shah Mehmood Qureshi, who was voluntarily arrested a day ago in Lahore, has been shifted from Lahore to Attock Jail. This action was taken on the orders of IG Prisons Punjab.
