PTI worker Ali Bilal AKA Zile shah lost his life under police custody. Imran Khan blamed police killed those under police custody.

Imran Khan has shared a video of the police van in which Zil e Shah also can be seen. 

This video clearly shows that Ali Bilal, also affectionately called Zille Shah, was alive when taken to police station. So he was killed while in police custody – such is the murderous bent of the present regime & Punjab police. pic.twitter.com/ZsNLa0eEWb

He seems to be healthy, and there are no marks of torture on his body. Imran Khan said in this video can be seen that Zil e Shah is alive when police are taking him towards the police station.

So he was killed in police custody by the present government, which is ready for such brutality and bloodshed.

In answer, The CM Punjab Mohsin Naqwi has denied accepting these videos and he gives a statement that this is an old video of jail bharo tehreek.
