The Islamabad police reportedly conducted a raid on the house of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Communications Minister Murad Saeed.
Murad Saeed expressed his concern and questioned the reason for the raid, especially since there was a supposed assurance in a false First Information Report (FIR). Saeed also questioned why the police conducted the raid when only women were in the house.

In his statement on Twitter, Murad Saeed questioned the actions of the Abpara police station, stating that they did not register his request for a First Information Report (FIR) in August when armed men came to his house on a motorcycle at 2 am.

Instead, Saeed claimed that the police allowed the armed men to escape from the red zone while he continued to face threats. He further stated that the only action taken by the police was to arrest his guard. Saeed questioned whether the work of state institutions had become a tool for harassment.
