• The police have confirmed an ongoing operation in Kacha.

Police in Kandhkot rescued a truck driver kidnapped the previous day after a clash with dacoits. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Irfan Samu stated that the police received intelligence that the kidnappers were relocating their hostages from one place to another. 

When the police arrived at the location, the kidnappers opened fire on them.

After the police retaliated, the bandits fled the scene, abandoning Mumtaz Shah, the kidnapped truck driver. The area has been sealed off to capture the escaped bandits.

It should be mentioned that four individuals, including the truck driver, were kidnapped by bandits from two separate locations yesterday.

The police have confirmed an ongoing operation in Kacha to locate and retrieve the remaining three hostages.
