Minister of State for Petroleum Mossadegh Malik says that Pakistan has issued its first order of subsidized oil from Russia.
In a conversation with the news agency, Mossadegh Malik said that an agreement has been reached to buy subsidized oil from Russia, Pakistan will only get Russian crude oil, not refined oil.

The Minister of State for Petroleum said that the first cargo of discounted oil from Russia will reach Pakistan in May, but the discount rate for buying Russian oil cannot be revealed.
Mossadegh Malik said that the crude oil obtained from Russia will be refined in Pakistan Refinery Limited, Pakistan is planning to import 100,000 barrels of Russian oil per day.
