Mian Javed Latif, a leader of the Muslim League (N) in Lahore, has questioned his government. He suggested that the government either arrest Imran Khan or reveal the internal and external forces hindering his arrest. Failure to do so could further fuel public anger.
During a press conference held in Model Town, Mian Javed Latif expressed his grievances regarding the treatment of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif compared to Imran Khan. He pointed out that Imran Khan is given interim bail within minutes of his hearing, while Nawaz Sharif is not allowed to return.
Mian Javed Latif also suggested that pressure is being applied to protect Imran Khan and that civil disobedience has been ongoing for eight months as he wishes. Despite this, institutions are providing relief to Imran Khan, and the events of 2018 are repeating themselves.

He lamented that Nawaz Sharif had been removed from his position as Prime Minister three times and even subjected to poisoning, yet no action had been taken. There has been no armed struggle.
Mian Javed Latif warned that if the government fails to arrest Imran Khan or disclose the internal and external forces hindering his arrest, it may increase public anger.
He also commented on the alleged audio recording of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, expressing his belief that whoever speaks in such a manner should be arrested and held accountable. He also suggested that despite facing attacks from Imran Khan, the perpetrators are still receiving relief. Mian Javed Latif pointed out the apparent double standards in treating criminals and dacoits in the Kacha area, implying that they are also entitled to relief if relief is given to the perpetrators.
