Makkah: More than 2.5 million people attended the end of the Quran in Masjid al-Haram.
According to the Saudi News Agency, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al Sudis, President of the Haramin Sharifin Affairs Supervisory Organization, recited Taraweeh and completed the Holy Quran. More than 25 lakh people were present on this occasion.
On the occasion of Khatam al-Qur’an, the sides of Masjid al-Haram and all the roads leading to it were crowded. Millions of Muslims prayed to Allah Almighty for the prosperity, peace and security of the Islamic world and Muslims.

Special arrangements were made to provide security and facilities for the Khatam-ul-Qur’an to lakhs of people in which hundreds of volunteers and security personnel participated.
