The price of LPG has been increased by another Rs 10 per kg and now the new price of LPG is Rs 320 per kg. Yesterday, the price of LPG was increased by Rs 10 per kg, after which LPG was sold at Rs 310 per kg in major cities and Rs 330 in hilly and remote areas.
The price of LPG has been increased once again today by Rs 10 per kg after which the new price of LPG per kg is Rs 320. According to Chairman LPG Association Irfan Khokhar, the price of LPG has been unjustifiably increased for the second time in 24 hours and the third time in a month.
The official price of LPG has reached Rs 320 per kg instead of Rs 229 per kg. The price is expected to rise further. Irfan Khokhar said that after the increase in the price of LPG, the domestic cylinder has become expensive by Rs 100 and commercial by Rs 400. The domestic cylinder has reached Rs 3775 from Rs 2702.

Chairman LPG Association said that in Azad Kashmir, Kotli, Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, LPG is being sold at Rs 350 per kg, and in Gilgit-Baltistan, Skardu and Hunza at Rs 370 per kg. Chairman Irfan Khokhar said that LPG importers and local quota holders are increasing the price of LPG by creating artificial scarcity, the government should take immediate notice of this black marketing.
